What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Three (3) years or more manufacturing/production/distribution inventory experience required, Two (2) years or more supervisory experience required, Three (3) years or more PC Inventory and accounting skills required, Three (3) years or more problem solving skills experience, Intermediate computer skills intermediate required, Knowledge of OSHA required intermediate required
Nice to Have
Warehouse inventory management experience preferred, Strong root cause analysis experience preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred logistics, supply chain, or related field, use of formal Root Cause Countermeasure Systems preferred, Exposure to Lean principles, systems and tools beginner preferred, Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) intermediate preferred, DOT and Hazmat knowledge may be required based on the account intermediate preferred, APICS certified intermediate preferred
What You'll Do.
Track day-to-day facility inventory costs
Support facility KPI’s
Maintain daily KPI reports
Develop inventory control systems
Manage cycle count program
Provide floor support
Facilitate hold process
Conduct performance evaluations
Insure daily communications
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates; Provide office support to I/O Coordinators and receiving/shipping personnel; Work as member of a team; Manage employee relations; Insure daily communications and shift meetings provide necessary information; Make employees feel part of the team; Promotes positive customer relationships

Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written forms
