Position Overview Duration: Summer Internship (10–12 weeks, flexible) Digi Security Systems is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator to manage our inventory, equipment, and materials at our Oklahoma City, OK branch. The Inventory Coordinator ensures that all materials, equipment, and parts are received, organized, kitted, and accounted for so that field technicians can execute projects and service calls without delay. This role is the operational backbone of Digi Security Systems. Our Inventory Coordinator will receive, organize, and kit equipment for jobs, as well as maintain the inventory count for our internal warehouse, along with various other administrative duties. This person should have at least 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, and s/he must have exceptional computer, communication, administrative, and organizational skills. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working for a company in commercial construction, low-voltage, or electrical industries. Our warehouse is located in Oklahoma City and is expected to commute to this location, near the OKC airport, every day. Job Responsibilities Inventory Management: Kit and prepare items for projects and service calls. Order parts as needed, track their receipt, and ensure all are accounted for in inventory. Participate in regular inventory checks and internal audits. Documentation and Reporting: Generate and analyze POs, receipts, and reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies. Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions. Management: Distribute PPE, hardware and software licenses to technicians and partners.
