Experience working for a company in commercial construction, low-voltage, or electrical industries, Experience with Connectwise Manage, Forklift certification

What You'll Do.

Order parts as needed

Track receipt of parts

Ensure parts accounted for in inventory

Participate in inventory checks

Participate in internal audits

Generate and analyze POs

Generate and analyze receipts

Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels

Generate and analyze stock movements

Generate and analyze discrepancies

Prepare and maintain documentation

Distribute software licenses

Assist with Box Sales

Generate POs for Accounting

Coordinate with various departments

Work closely with warehouse team

Optimize storage space

Maintain organized warehouse environment

Collaborate with vendors

Resolve inventory-related issues

Ensure timely deliveries

Utilize inventory management software

Maintain accurate records

Conduct quality checks on incoming inventory

Conduct quality checks on existing inventory

Ensure compliance with quality standards

Coordinate RMA equipment

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate with various departments, including project managers, branch managers, and corporate operation; Work closely with the warehouse team; Collaborate with vendors
