What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent experience, 3+ years of relevant experience in service Logistics, warehouse & 3PL operations within the logistics industry, College degree as a requirement, WH automation experience or project management as a requirement
Nice to Have
logistics industry preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage multiple warehouse productivity and automation projects
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines
Develop and maintain budgets
Develop and maintain resource plans
Provide standard operating procedures to onsite warehouse teams
Provide guidance to onsite warehouse teams regarding new
Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive
Analyze project performance data
Identify project risks
Implement mitigation strategies
Analyze current warehouse layouts
Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies
Analyze processes for areas for improvement
Communicate project updates to leadership
Communicate key findings to leadership
Communicate recommendations to leadership
