What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bilingual in Korean and English, 1+ years of experience managing WMS/TMS system, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), Analytical and data evaluation skills, Experience in system troubleshooting, Experience in process automation, Experience in operational improvements, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Experience working with logistics systems, Excellent communication and leadership skills, Ability to manage multiple projects, Ability to prioritize tasks, Ability to meet deadlines, Knowledge of warehouse processes, Knowledge of inventory management, Knowledge of logistics operations, Understanding of regulatory compliance, Understanding of system security protocols
Nice to Have
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, Experience for using CAD / SketchUP and related software, Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in WMS/TMS operations
