What You'll Do.
Provide leadership and direction

Define and model GOLD
Maintain a clean and organized area
Bin storage to organize members orders
Storage bins regularly cleaned and maintained
Acquire deep knowledge of key metrics
Drive performance and profitability
Use reporting to identify trends
See a breakdown in process
Correct it before it negatively impacts performance
Communicate connection between operational performance and goals
Process Member orders
Pull merchandise from a pick list
Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Update merchandise locations
Utilize handheld scanner device to pick orders
Use handheld scanner to verify merchandise
Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment
Recommend process improvements with inventory discrepancies
Identify expired or short dated Items
Communicate concerns with Club Leadership
Ensure all orders are picked in a timely
Meet all productivity requirements
Work with a high level of urgency
Ensure service level agreements are met
Process returns to the club
Make determination on how to handle returns
Review and manage daily and weekly OMNI reporting
Meet OMNI productivity expectations
Maintain all club policy and procedures
Review ordering and replenishment of supplies
Perform other duties as assigned
Work in other departments as needed
