Travero, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alliant Energy, is a logistics solutions company with more than 100 years of experience in freight management and delivery. **Job Summary** Responsible for customer account activities that include coordinating and scheduling shipping and receiving appointments, inventory management, carrier and customer communications, and other related support activities. **What you will do** * Ownership of assigned accounts for warehouse and production customers including scheduling, inventory, carrier interaction and warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) updates. * Provide prompt carrier and customer communications regarding account activities. * Provide support for customer information requests, business development opportunities, and value-add warehouse or production projects. * Update the warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) as needed. * Perform general administrative duties including filing, scheduling, processing and distributing information. **Education Requirements** * Associate Degree Emphasis in administrative support or related area Preferred **Required Experience** * 3 years of customer service experience **Preferred Experience** * Previous experience working in a WMS software platform **Other Requirements** * **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrate
