This role is essential in supporting Supply Chain and Production by ensuring that physical stock levels align with system records through regular cycle count activities. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations * Unload and load trucks, check deliveries, and prepare orders for dispatch, requiring physical fitness to perform the role. * Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe by removing hazards and maintaining compliance standards. * Organise shelves and ensure proper storage of materials. * Manage receiving and dispatching activities efficiently. * Coordinate shipping and distribution to meet customer delivery timelines. Inventory Accuracy * Conduct routine cycle counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) to verify that physical stock matches system data. * Identify and report variances between electronic records and actual counts. * Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Data Management * Perform accurate data entry to update inventory systems with real-time stock information. * Support internal and external inventory audits by ensuring items are available for verification. Continuous Improvement * Assist in root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies. * Work closely with Customer Service, shipping team, and management to optimise inventory processes. ## Q
