**Date Posted:** 2026-05-15 **Country:** United States of America **Location:** OT049: CH - CHICAGO, IL 949 Oak Creek Drive, Lombard, IL, 60148 USA Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated **Warehouse Coordinator** to join our team. **Essential Responsibilities:** * Supervise freight deliveries and schedule daily truck driver deliveries * Manage a high number of warehouse products including, but not limited to, parts related to hoisting and rigging * Handle the communication and relationships with multiple vendors * Oversee the use of multiple fleet vehicle delivery platforms * Supervise the local fleet of company vehicles * Communicate effectively with all the supervisor to ensure a smooth operation of the branch * Handle distribution of partial shipments for any necessary active job * Lead the distribution and relocation of G2S construction kits for our crews onsite * Oversee test-weight inventory, and the distribution of it to the required locations on a weekly basis **Qualifications:** * Education / Certifications: High school degree or equivalent required * Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software * Must have a valid driver’s license * Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers * 1-2 years warehouse experience, preferred.
