What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience supporting MHE, conveyance, facilities systems, or automation in warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environments, Working knowledge of: Conveyance systems and material handling sensors, photo-eyes, relays, and basic controls and mechanical and electrical system interactions, Experience troubleshooting system-level issues in operational environments, Experience working with vendors, contractors, or system integrator
Nice to Have
Experience supporting automation systems (sortation, robotics, vision systems, etc. ) and familiarity with controls architecture or PLC-adjacent systems is preferred

Serve as technical expert for facility and MHE systems
Support evaluation and deployment of automation solutions
Provide technical support for facility projects
Ensure high-quality technical delivery from external partners
Drive improvements in system reliability and performance

Work closely with the Senior Manager, Facilities & Engineering; Work closely with Program Manager, Network Expansion
