What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous material handling equipment experience required, Experience operating cherry pickers, reach trucks, stand-up/sit-down forklifts, or electric pallet jacks required, Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed, Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening, Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors, Ability to frequently squat, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds individually or heavier items with team assistance, Ability to safely operate equipment at heights up to 35 feet, Ability to climb stairs and safely use ladders or stools, Must wear required steel-toed footwear and follow OSHA safety standards, Ability to communicate clearly in English to operate voice-pick systems and follow safety procedures
Nice to Have
Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred, RF scanner and Voice Pick Technology experience preferred, Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, attention to detail and reliability, Basic math and reading skills, Willingness to learn warehouse management systems and new equipment

Maintain inventory accuracy
