Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and meet performance standards/individual performance goals, Good attention to detail, Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled/have regular punctual attendance, Willingness to learn how to use new material handling equipment, Willingness to learn WMS Technology, Ability to adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for safety rules and requirements received in training, Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check, Ability to frequently work unscheduled overtime hours with minimal notice, Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, Must be able to stand and walk on concrete warehouse floors for long periods of time, Must be able to squat and kneel often, and lift up to 50 lbs. individually or greater than 50 lbs. in a team lift, Must be able to safely use a step ladder or stool to reach area shelves, Must be able to safely wear steel-toed protective footwear in accordance with the OSHA General Industry standard, Must be able to safely use a provided box cutter, Must be able to move up and down multi-level stairways safely, Must be able to clearly communicate (speak and understand) in English in order to operate voice-pick technology
Nice to Have
Prior experience working in a warehouse/distribution center a plus, Warehouse/Operations certification a plus, For some functions, must be able to operate forklift and pick items as high as 35 feet in the air
What You'll Do.
Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers
Select products and quantities
Remove empty cartons from pick module
Prepare sortation area by setting up pallets
Move cartons and totes to pallets
Load pallets onto trucks
Place incoming merchandise into inventory
Conduct physical inventories as required
Maintain productivity and quality standards
