If you have familiarity and experience in multiple core warehouse functions, coupled with a commitment to phenomenal customer service, this is the position for you!** **Shift Start Options:** **5a (M-F; $20.50/hr)** **2p (M-F; $20.50/hr +$1.50/hr)** ## **Responsibilities** As a Warehouse Associate, aside from performing general warehouse functions, this position will also include the following responsibilities: * Assist in overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the department * Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals * Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues * Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve current performance * Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by finding opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and/or reduce costs while championing related initiatives * Works with team to ensure department is clean, organized, s
