Responsibilities Process customer return packages by unpacking, verifying contents, and sorting according to established standards Accurately enter return data into the system and update inventory records Handle exception cases (e.g., incorrect addresses, transit damage) and assist with re-shipments Follow up on operational tickets related to replacement shipments and product exchanges Maintain organized return documentation and generate reports as needed Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements Must have legal authorization to work in the U. S. Able to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not req
