Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift, Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly, Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice, Adhere to site safety regulations including wearing required personal protective equipment such as steel toed safety shoes, material handling equipment safety accountable to Cardinal Health’s EHS as well as QRA policies and procedures
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift, Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly, Previous material handling equipment experience (PIT) required, Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice, Ability to follow direction and change priorities while working independently or as a member of a team, Aptitude to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting hourly established performance standards, Adhere to site safety regulations including wearing required personal protective equipment such as steel toed safety shoes, and material handling equipment safety accountable to Cardinal Health’s EHS as well as QRA policies and procedures
Nice to Have
Radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred, High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
What You'll Do.
Assist with Inbound activities
Receive products into facility
Ship products to customers
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Process orders accurately
Perform quality control checks
Sort and consolidate freight
Build and wrap pallets
Pack orders for shipment
Load orders for shipment
Prepare orders for shipment
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas
Participate in projects as needed
Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Drive material handling equipment
Complete housekeeping tasks
Complete inventory control tasks
Maintain clean work environment
Maintain safe work environment
Work on routine assignments
Participate in associate meetings
Communicate concerns to management
Perform job duties per OSHA standards
Adhere to all policies
