Develops and implements warehouse policies, safety procedures, and process improvements. Oversees procurement of tools, materials, and equipment. Conducts regular performance reviews and develops training plans for staff. Schedules work, assigns work to staff and monitors progress of work being done Monitors and evaluates warehouse productivity and work quality Assists with regular maintenance and upkeep of company equipment, company vehicles and the warehouse environment Provides guidance and direction for less experienced warehouse personnel Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed Perform other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice ## What You Will Need to be Successful Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
