WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Warehouse Asset Technician, you will play a critical role in bridging warehouse operations with hands-on technical support. This position combines logistics expertise with IT hardware diagnostics, repair coordination, and team leadership responsibilities in a fast paced, high-impact environment. You will: • Lead standard creation and ensure adherence across global asset technician teams • Act as a point of escalation for process, technical, and operational queries • Provide hardware support for a wide range of devices, including Apple and Windows products • Deliver software support across macOS and Windows environments (including Boot Camp and Parallels) • Triage assets and diagnose hardware or cosmetic issues, recommending appropriate repairs • Troubleshoot internal systems and resolve day-to-day operational challenges • Manage repair timelines, partner deadlines, and ensure high-quality completion standards • Compile repair data and provide performance reporting to management • Maintain accurate asset tracking and update customer portals with real-time status • Prepare assets for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and coordinating with couriers • Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments; stock inventory appropriately • Assist with loading and unloading shipments and warehouse materi
