An exciting opportunity is now available for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team at our Lutterworth site on a full time permanent basis. Salary: £25,397 per annum. Working hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating. As a Warehouse Administrator you will ensure all administrative duties are carried out accurately and in a timely fashion, facilitating with customer systems to ensure smooth running of the operation. Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator: * Daily PID checks. * Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system. * Investigation into customer complaints. * ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance. * Stock checks. * RDT direct system uploads. * Audit traceability exercise completion. * System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks. * Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs. * Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues. ## Qualifications * Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge. * Good Communication skills. * Keen eye for detail. * Pro-active attitude to problem solving. * Team player attitude. * Previous admin/stock control experience. * Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous. ## Additional Information As part of our drive to make Great Bear a great place to work.
