Nice to Have

Completion of a recognized post-secondary secretarial arts program at the certificate level or equivalent, Experience working in a Microsoft Office software environment, Experience working in a health care environment, Knowledge of Medical Terminology

What You'll Do.

Perform reception responsibilities

Provide clerical support

Organize patient charts

Maintain electronic filing systems

Maintain paper filing systems

Perform patient administration functions

Schedule appointments

Coordinate appointments

Maintain written calendar/schedules

Maintain electronic calendar/schedules

Coordinate unit administrative functions

Ensure efficient operation of the unit

Perform other duties consistent with job classification
