Perform reception responsibilities
Provide clerical support
Organize patient charts
Maintain electronic filing systems
Maintain paper filing systems
Perform patient administration functions
Schedule appointments
Coordinate appointments
Maintain written calendar/schedules
Maintain electronic calendar/schedules
Coordinate unit administrative functions
Ensure efficient operation of the unit
Perform other duties consistent with job classification
