Together, we make Every Moment Matter. * Deliver Excellent Guest Service – Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, take orders accurately, and provide attentive service according to hotel standards. * Promote Hotel Services – Actively recommend hotel facilities, food and beverage offerings, and local attractions to guests. * Serve Food and Beverages – Prepare and serve food, beverages, coffee, wine, and other drinks following established service procedures and standards. * Handle Guest Requests and Complaints – Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. * Maintain Product Knowledge – Develop thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverages, wines, glassware, promotions, and outlet operating hours. * Follow Service Standards – Adhere to the correct sequence of service, telephone etiquette, responsible alcohol service, and all departmental policies and procedures. * Ensure Cleanliness and Hygiene – Maintain cleanliness of assigned stations, equipment, service areas, and comply with safety, sanitation, and food allergy awareness standards. * Prepare and Set Up Service Areas – Set tables, arrange linen, glassware, cutlery, and equipment, replenish supplies, and ensure readiness for service. * Support Operational Efficiency – Monitor stock levels, replenish buffet items, complete side duties, restock supplies, and properly store reusable items after service. * Demonstrate Professionalism
