The Job We are currently seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at MOMO Amsterdam. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience. This role requires an individual who is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and possesses excellent communication skills. All our employees work together to provide outstanding, authentic service and experience for every guest. To realize this, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our team. ## Requirements Responsibilities * Taking orders , you are responsible for taking guests' food and drink orders and adding them to the till system, answering any questions they may have and making recommendations based on the menu/guests' preferences. * Providing customer service , you are responsible for providing high-quality guest service, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure guests have a positive dining experience. * Serving food and drinks , you are responsible for serving food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that orders are accurate and properly prepared with an accurate description. * Ensure a safe dining experience for all guests by effectively communicating and addressing allergies. * Effectively address and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction. * Handling payments , you are responsible for processing payments from guests, including calculating bills, handling cash and cr
