Our first home, KYN BICKLEY, opened in February 2023. KYN BICKLEY is an 86-bedroom home offering each resident an elegant and comfortable bedroom, communal areas for dining and reclining; and inviting outdoor terraces overlooking landscaped gardens bordered by woodland. We have a further three care homes in development in London. **About the opportunity** As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for: * Supporting the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and consistently delivering an exceptional catering experience for our residents and their families * Providing room service, restaurant, and bar service to our residents and guests in line with KYN’s exceptional standards including preparing meal trays, delivering refreshments, and removing trays following meals * Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and best practices are always maintained and that health and safety, compliance and procedures are adhered to * Ensuring that residents’ and relatives’ dietary requirements are catered for * Reporting any complaints to the Head Chef/Hospitality Manager at the earliest convenience * Ensuring that all rules and regulations concerning serving food and beverages are strictly complied with * Creating a nurturing environment where our residents and their family members feel loved, happy, safe, and secure * Ensuring that all alcohol is served responsibly and to adhere to the terms of the premises licence **About you** * You will have experience of working within a similar hospitality venue * You will be a professional, who understands the importance of delivering and maintai
