**Optimal** , on behalf of a newly established **boutique hotel** in **Amorgos** is seeking a **Waiter/Waitress A** for the 2026 season. **Scope of role** The successful candidate will contribute to delivering a high-standard guest experience, providing attentive and professional service while supporting the overall operation of the food & beverage department. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. * Present and explain the curated menu with confidence, enthusiasm, and product knowledge. * Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure service standards are consistently met. * Support bar operations when required, including the preparation and serving of beverages and cocktails. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. * Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure a smooth dining experience. **Requirements** * Previous experience in restaurant or bar service, ideally within a boutique hotel or upscale dining environment. * Warm, genuine communication style with strong guest-service orientation. * Good command of Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an asset. * Ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit team. * Attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude. * Knowledge of basic bar operations and beverage preparation. **The Company Offers** * A pleasant and professional working environment. * Competitive remuneration package. * Accommodation and daily meals. * A unique opening experience in one of Greece’s most beautiful island destinations. **About Optimal** Since 2005, Optimal has provided unparalleled, bespoke HR services to large organizations and SMEs operating in the EMEA region.
