Supply service station

Clear tables of dirty glasses

Clear service station

Keep service station clean

Help out in other areas

Farewell guests at departure

Know food & beverage items

Advise Captain if incorrect

Be aware of menu and promotions

Serve quickly and efficiently

Handle service equipment

Attend outlet meetings

Attend training sessions

Carry out assigned duties

Be aware of reservations

Know Micros system functions

Follow applicable laws
