Identify technical gaps

Conduct deep-dive SWOT and technical benchmarks

Stay ahead of O. E. innovations and trends

Define the right positioning and validate technical data

Act as the project lead for all new product launches

Supply the initial technical data packages

define the cross-list of Valeo parts vs competitors

ensure "debranding" compliance

securing data is updated in the various internal systems and external catalogues

Definition of Market Potential of new to range parts

sales forecast link to each product launch

Partner with Purchasing for supplier negotiations

define packaging standards

Master the Product Life Cycle (PLC)

Participate in the 5-Year Product Strategy within the Medium Term Plan (MTP) and Yearly Budget

Deliver the roadmap for future services and product evolutions

Act as the "In-House" reference for Business Groups and local Trade Marketing teams

Lead "Corrective Action Plans" (CAP)

support divisions in landing "Big Fish" (major key accounts)

Create sales pitches tailored to different European markets

Prepare the "Go-to-Market" strategy with high-impact sales pitches and communication materials

Design and lead European “Sell-in” and “Sell-out” promotions

Create digital/print content

represent Valeo at international trade shows and customer conventions

Define pricing corridors and floor prices

Negotiate prices with PG sales teams or Purchasing

Carry out pricing and gross margin studies

Team & Collaboration
