1+ years of experience delivering Tier 1–3 engineering support through effective written and verbal communication, 1+ years of experience using the Navy's VRAM tool, including uploading ACAS scan files to appropriate systems, Knowledge of systems engineering and information technology, Ability to develop or revise user guides and policies to improve user understanding, ability, effectiveness, supportability, and sustainability, Secret clearance, HS diploma or GED, CompTIA Security+ Certification

Nice to Have

6+ years of experience supporting the engineering of information technology systems for a DoW or government agency, 4+ years of experience operating and maintaining an Enterprise-level help desk, Ability to provide technical leadership within a team of both the government and its customers in the planning, investigation, design, and implementation of physical and logical VRAM solutions, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Mathematics, or Physical Science
