What You'll Do.
Oversee daily operations and activities related to VR
Supervise VR Counselors and Transition VRCs
Establish goals and objectives for achieving division goals
Conduct and oversee mentoring and training activities
Monitor training activities
Perform consultative services in TWS-VR customer services programs
Provide technical assistance to staff
Oversee day-to-day operations
Conduct reviews to determine compliance with laws
Resolve customer complaints
Assist in quality assurance
Implement continuous improvement
Perform and monitor community outreach efforts
Hire employees using agency selection
Approve customer services policy
