What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial institutions, preferably in Cash Management or Payments Operations or Channels., understanding of SWIFT standards (MT & MX), ISO 20022 formats, CBPR +, and cross‑border payment flows., Solid experience in testing or test management, including UAT planning, test execution, and defect governance., Proficient in TOSCA or similar enterprise testing tools., analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills., Excellent verbal and written communication able to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders., Experience managing and guiding able to lead discussions and influence stakeholders., ownership mindset—drives issues to closure and delivers within project timelines., Ability to build working relationships across business, operations, technology, and project teams., Mature, self‑driven individual with leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills.
What You'll Do.
Ensuring seamless implementation of technology and process changes across Cash
and Channels Operations.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational readiness.
Analyze Business Requirements and Functional Specifications / User Stories.
Design comprehensive UAT test cases.
Ensure end‑to‑end requirements traceability.
Facilitate test case walkthroughs.
Identify suitable scenarios for test automation and collaborate with the Automation Lead.
Drive execution of both manual and automated tests.

Perform exploratory testing.
Provide domain expertise in Cash Operations

and related operational workflows.
Validate and troubleshoot SWIFT MT/MX messages
and CBPR+ compliance.

Deliver operational readiness support for new systems
or payment platform changes.
Conduct training sessions for operations and business users.
Provide post‑implementation support and validation.
Prepare and submit management reporting.
