Must Have
Proven leadership track record in high growth organisations, ideally within fintech, banking, or wealth management., Deep domain expertise in savings, deposits, treasury linked products, or investment solutions — with a grasp of regulatory frameworks., Ability to translate deep investment experience into simple products for MSME., Demonstrable experience scaling a product or business line, ideally with full P&L ownership and commercial accountability., product leadership skills, having overseen end to end delivery across discovery, build, launch, and optimisation., Commercially astute, with experience defining pricing, modelling economics, structuring partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth., Exceptional leadership and team building ability, with a history of growing and mentoring high performing teams., Highly analytical, adept at using data to guide prioritisation, experimentation, and commercial decision making., Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at all levels., Innovative and customer obsessed, with a bias for execution and continuous improvement., Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic, fast scaling environment.

Own full P&L accountability

Expand Tide’s wealth product suite
including savings accounts
cash management tools
and partner-led investment offerings.

and compliance teams.
Develop and execute comprehensive go to market
and monetisation strategies for all wealth products.
Drive customer acquisition
and cross sell effectiveness.

Ensure world class reliability and customer experience across all wealth journeys.
Lead Wealth Services’ expansion into new regions
