Must Have
7-10 years’ experience in sales and relationship management, Knowledge of advanced sales and marketing techniques, Knowledge of bank lending policies and practices, Knowledge of payment operations and services, Knowledge of Federal and State banking regulations, Knowledge of treasury management concepts and principles, Ability to bring thought-leadership to the portfolio, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to close deals, Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Flexibility to travel locally and regionally, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
MBA, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) accreditation, Japanese language skills

Cultivate new business opportunities
Build relationships with Banking partners
Leverage MUFG's credit position
Identify cross-sell opportunities
Execute management-driven strategies
Maintain working knowledge of Payments industry
Analyze complex treasury arrangements
Create pricing models
Perform routine pipeline management
Perform sales tracking
Recommend pricing exceptions
Recommend process exceptions
Monitor company profiles
Update company profiles
Ensure adequate recordkeeping
Work with Product Management partners
Enhance current product set
Maintain working relationships with internal constituents
Support existing clients
Adhere to bank policies
Complete Compliance Trainings
Know client relationships deeply
Identify potential suspicious activity
