Must Have

Minimum 8+ years relevant work experience, Minimum 2 years director experience in development at a studio, network, streamer or production company, High School diploma or equivalent required, Must be able to work well under time constraints in a fast paced environment, Ability to multi-task, organize and schedule work effectively, Must be detail-oriented, Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, if and when necessary, Must have experience staffing a series, Must have production experience

Nice to Have

College degree in related field strongly preferred, Production/on set experience preferred

What You'll Do.

Identify Alloy properties and outside material

Develop material for television & streaming series

staffing and current programming

Find writers for series development

Give story and script notes

Oversee production of pilots and series

Travel to production to cover shows

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Serve as an interface with the studio and agencies; Work closely with writers

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, both in person and on the telephone
