It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. **Job Description** **Role Objective** * Drive project delivery, change implementation and lifecycle management for messaging and M365 platforms. * Lead the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 workloads and enterprise messaging infrastructure in a large-scale environment Oversee core platforms including: * Microsoft Exchange (On-Premise, Hybrid and Online) * Messaging gateway appliances * Archival and journaling systems * Microsoft 365 workplace services * Mobility messaging solutions (BlackBerry Mobility, Intune, MDM/MAM) * Be accountable for service stability, availability and performance across workplace and messaging platforms * Act as the technical lead and escalation point for complex issues, major incidents and service recovery activities * Continuously improve operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness * Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders * Support production operations, controlled changes and service recovery, including occasional weekend or shift work **Job Requirements** * Minimum 7 to 10 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Microsoft 365 and enterprise messaging platfor
