What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6–10+ years of experience in application engineering / software development, Apptio / IBM TargetProcess (highly preferred or similar agile planning tools), Application architecture and integration, Agile / SAFe environments, Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)

Nice to Have

Prior experience in financial services or large enterprise environments, Exposure to AI/automation initiatives within enterprise platforms, Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs
