We work closely with the leading staffing trade associations, training, and research organizations to ensure we are knowledgeable of thustry trends and technologies. Required Qualifications * 6–10+ years of experience in application engineering / software development * Strong experience with: * Apptio / IBM TargetProcess (highly preferred or similar agile planning tools) * Application architecture and integration * Agile / SAFe environments * Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams * Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) Nice to Have * Prior experience in financial services or large enterprise environments * Exposure to AI/automation initiatives within enterprise platforms * Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs Recruiter Notes (for sourcing) * Target profiles: * TargetProcess Engineers / Architects * Agile tooling engineers (Jira Align, Rally, etc. as adjacent experience) * Platform engineers supporting enterprise planning tools * Must be comfortable in a hands-on + stakeholder-facing VP-level role * Emphasis on configuration + integration , not just admin-level experience Candidates should be open to contract-to-hire conversion.
