Bachelor's degree or 9+ years work experience, 7+ years experience data/analytics, 3+ years project management data/analytics, 5+ years SQL data mining, 5+ years advanced spreadsheet tools, 5+ years advanced presentation tools, Demonstrated presentation/documentation skills, Experience collaborating cross functional teams, Experience executing complex projects, Project management skills prioritizing projects
Nice to Have
SAS a plus, Experience with large-scale cloud migrations, Experience with technical initiatives requiring change management, Prior experience data management, Prior experience data tools, Prior experience data governance, Prior experience data risk & compliance, Understanding of graph databases a plus, Ability to innovate and find creative solutions
What You'll Do.
Evolve enterprise data usage data model
Capture user patterns
Increase transparency into consumption patterns
Increase transparency into utilization
Increase transparency into power/cost drivers
Own enterprise cloud data migration roadmap
Drive alignment on roadmap structure
Drive alignment on prioritized sequencing
Deliver executive updates on progress
Provide analysis to optimize migration execution
Manage migration sequencing for data analysts
Manage migration sequencing for downstream consumers
Identify PII and sensitive data
Coordinate required controls and mitigations
Provide disposition recommendations
Define success measures
Establish metrics to track migration progress
Establish metrics to track adoption
Establish metrics to track risk reduction
Ensure metrics are reported and actionable
Design automated reporting and dashboards
Deliver automated reporting and dashboards
Develop talent responsible for executing roadmap
