Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Growth * Define and execute the national Sales & Marketing strategy across Canada. * Translate business objectives into actionable commercial plans and measurable KPIs. * Identify new revenue streams and develop hunting approaches in a mature, competitive market. * Drive performance through structured forecasting, pipeline management and data-driven decision-making. Sales Leadership & Transformation * Lead and develop a team of Sales Directors, strengthening ownership, accountability and performance culture. * Implement robust performance tracking, structured one-to-ones and clear sales governance. * Bring credibility through prior hunting experience, with the ability to challenge and elevate the team. * Personally support strategic deals and key client relationships when needed.
