Must Have
Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Director or equivalent senior commercial leadership role, track record in B2B consultative sales, ideally within professional services, consulting, or transactional business models, Demonstrated ability to lead markets, scale teams, and translate strategy into operational execution, KPI-driven, business-oriented and growth-focused mindset, Hands-on hunter background with credibility to lead experienced sales professionals, leadership presence – senior enough to inspire trust and challenge stakeholders, International exposure (US experience is a asset)
