What You'll Do.

Develop new business by contacting prospects and clients

Cross-sell Bank products and services

Participate and provide leadership in Bank and community activities

Troubleshoot to ensure a high-quality client experience

Advise clients on loan products

terms and collateral requirements

Advise business clients on cash management/deposits solutions

Develop and manage Commercial banking relationships

and reporting for regulatory remediation

Analyze financial and related data to determine client needs

Monitor and track performance

and address any issues

Ensure proper documentations for loans and cash management services

Evaluate and structure loan requests

Negotiate terms for credit/cash management services

Ensure extension of credit/delivery of cash management services

Follow up after closing to insure all documents are completed and filed

Gather data to advance sale process and completes all required documentation

Assist team in pre-sales activities

Track implementation requests to keep the process on track

Track Internal reports and recommends improvements to sales support materials

Compile pre-call and post call information packages

Provide research and data gathering to sales team

Assist with sales and service administration and processing

Maintain current client information on Bank system/files

Ensure accurate billing to clients

Provide specialized consulting

analytical and technical support

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with product team; Collaborate with closing department, clients and attorneys; Serve as a daily escalation resource; Act as the prime subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders; Assist team in pre-sales activities; Provide research and data gathering to sales team; Assist with sales and service administration and processing; Access internal systems and bank personnel
