Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Identify and engage gas station and marina operators interested in branded retail and fuel program partnerships. Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities within assigned territories, focusing on long-term relationship building. Promote and sell branded fuel programs, site enhancement solutions, additives, lubricants, and retail growth offerings. Conduct outbound prospecting, networking, and field sales activities to drive new business acquisition. Negotiate and close partnership agreements aligned with brand standards and commercial objectives. Maintain ongoing relationships with retail partners to support expansion, upgrades, and program adoption. Represent the brand in the field with professionalism and strong industry knowledge. Manage your own sales territory independently, including planning, prioritization, and performance tracking. Requirements: Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development roles. Strong understanding of the fuel retail, convenience store, or marina industry is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals in a commission-driven environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and ability to work independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing a territory-based sales model with flexible scheduling. Strong results orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based compensation structure (1099 contract).
