What You'll Do.
Lead operational execution of all Human Performance and

Establish operational standards and scalable processes across coaching
Oversee day-to-day coordination of coaching staff schedules
Partner closely with the SVP of Human Performance
Ensure students experience a seamless

Develop KPI dashboards and operational scorecards
Create communication rhythms
Serve as a key integrator between Human Performance

We are not a traditional university, gym, military program, or trade school — we are building a scalable human development institution designed for the future workforce. THE OPPORTUNITY UHP is seeking a Vice President of Program Operations & Delivery to architect and lead the operational execution of our Human Performance and student experience ecosystem. This role is designed for a high-capacity operational leader who thrives in mission-driven, high-accountability environments and can bring structure, synchronization, and consistency to a passionate coaching and experiential education organization. The ideal candidate understands how to manage elite performers without diminishing culture. They know how to create systems, rhythms, accountability, and operational excellence while preserving the energy and mission that make transformational programs work. This leader will serve as the operational backbone connecting coaching teams, student schedules, program execution, campus operations, leadership cadence, experiential delivery, and accountability systems. This is not a traditional academic administrator role. This is a builder/operator role for someone capable of scaling a complex experiential organization.
