Must Have
Senior leadership experience in Professional Services organizations delivering enterprise digital programs, Experience managing SaaS and/or on-premise implementations (ERP, finance systems, back-office automation), ownership of regional financial performance and stakeholder management, Experience working closely with Sales in high-volume commercial environments, Proven experience improving delivery through automation or AI-enabled tools, Experience leading migration programs from legacy or competitor platforms, Experience working with delivery partners and managing blended teams
Nice to Have
Experience leading large, multi-country teams, executive stakeholder and customer engagement skills, Ability to drive operational discipline and KPI tracking, Experience improving profitability through scalable delivery models, Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation tools, Knowledge of AI-driven data migration, testing, and deployment tools, Experience embedding AI into consulting and delivery workflows, Experience building hybrid delivery models (human + AI), understanding of partner delivery models and governance, Ability to define and improve time-to-value metrics across programs
