You will lead the Product Owner and Design organizations, partner with the VP of Engineering on delivery, and partner with the CRO on all go-to-market strategies. You will reshape the product organization into pods (PO + Designer + 4–6 engineers) and set the API-first roadmap that defines how Rebuy serves both the human shopper and the agentic shopper on the same engine. What You’ll Do: - Set and own the rebuyengine.com http://rebuyengine.com product roadmap — the API surface, the onsite UX, the Monetize media network - Lead and grow the Product Owner and Design teams; establish the pod model and operating rhythm - Partner with the VP of Engineering to ship the V2 "tools, not agents" API menu - Own product KPIs: net revenue retention, expansion, activation, time-to-value - Be the externally facing product voice — partners, customers, prospective acquirers Who You Are We're excited to meet you and get to learn more about you, your experience and your interest in joining our team.
