12+ years of HR / People experience, 7+ years in leadership roles, Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary People teams, Business acumen, Experience working in international organizations, Organizational design capabilities, Change management capabilities, Solid understanding of core HR topics, Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, Excellent stakeholder management, Ability to influence senior leaders, Direct, transparent communication style, Leadership presence, Full professional proficiency in English
