About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and people-first VP, People to serve as a key member of our leadership team and own the full people function globally. This role is designed for an experienced, tech-savvy HR leader who brings deep expertise in building and scaling people programs at high-growth tech companies, with a proven track record leading global teams across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution ability, and who can shape and champion a distinctive company culture, serve as a trusted HRBP to senior leaders, design effective organizational structures, and architect competitive compensation and benefits programs. This leader will partner closely with the Chief Legal administer equity and option plans Serve as the senior employee relations leader, providing guidance and HR leadership across all employee matters globally, and coaching managers on performance, career development, and feedback Oversee all HR operations and compliance globally, including HRIS, PEO management, payroll, benefits administration, and policy management across all markets where Nanit operates Lead the annual performance management and compensation planning cycle, ensuring rigor, fairness, and alignment to business priorities across the global organization Lead and develop the global talent acquisi
