Must Have

7-10+ years of payor sales or business development experience, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience navigating C-suite to do so, independent accountability with excellent follow-through skills, Ability to clearly communicate value propositions and differentiators in competitive, fast-paced environments, Skilled at navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, Ability to generate pipeline independently and consistently

Lead deals with health plan customers to achieve multi-year contracts

Own critical relationships and opportunities with health plan leadership

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through personal prospecting and collaboration with internal teams

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets

Help shape Verse’s payor partnerships playbook and processes

Design and sell innovative contract models

Represent Verse at conferences and industry events
