What You'll Do.
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all real estate activities
Drive company's growth by managing real estate portfolio
Develop and execute real estate and development strategy
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities
Advise executive leadership on real estate investments
and acquisition of new sites
Oversee market analysis and feasibility studies
Build and maintain relationships with brokers
Manage existing real estate portfolio
Optimize real estate holdings
Monitor property performance
and mentor a real estate and development team
Establish clear performance metrics
Analyze site-specific data
Prepare financial models and return projections
Coordinate with legal and development teams
Lead negotiations for Letters of Intent
Manage real estate transactions from offer through closing
