Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience, 10+ years progressive leadership experience in operations, Proven experience managing multi-site operations, Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, Demonstrated ability to lead, scale, and develop high-performing teams across distributed operations, Sales and customer experience orientation, Familiarity in CRM systems and sales processes, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to influence at all levels, Strategic thinker with execution discipline, Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead overall operational strategy across multiple communities, ensuring alignment with financial, occupancy, sales, and resident experience goals. Motivate, coach, and develop regional and site leadership teams to drive performance, engagement, and retention. Establish and enforce standardized operating procedures, KPIs, and performance frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability. Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, asset management, finance, people operations, and development teams to ensure operational alignment. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and achievement of NOI and revenue targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service quality, and resident satisfaction. Identify risks, resolve operational issues at the root cause, and ensure proactive mitigation strategies are in place. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including equity partners and internal leadership teams. Oversee talent strategy including hiring, development, succession planning, and retention of top operational leaders. Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational excellence and maintain strong visibility across communities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, ideally within multifamily housing, hospitality, senior living, or active adult communities. Proven experience managing multi-site operations, including lease-up properties and performance-driven environments. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Demonstrated ability to lead, scale, and develop high-performing teams across distributed operations.
