What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven SaaS implementation or onboarding leadership at scale, with a track record of developing large teams, Multi-product implementation experience across a portfolio, not just one product, Hands-on experience with technical integrations, particularly ERP or finance systems, Ability to flex across high velocity scalable standardised implementations as well as more complex, Measurable efficiency gains: reduced implementation time, standardised delivery models, clear before/after metrics, A track record of using automation or product-led approaches to reduce manual delivery work, Hands-on enough to design processes yourself, Data-driven enough to build and trust a capacity model, Commercially sharp enough to treat implementation as a P&L lever, Comfortable influencing Product and Sales without direct authority over either, Energised by building rigour into a function that's still scaling

What You'll Do.
Own implementation performance across all products and segments: delivery quality
Lead a team across four sub-teams
developing the mid-management layer
Shape how we work with implementation partners
defining ownership and raising the bar on quality standards
bespoke work that slows delivery down with standardised packages and repeatable delivery models
Work with Product and Engineering to remove manual steps
define default configurations
and build system-driven setup flows
Own technical integration (ERP
finance and HR integrations)
simplify where possible
and influence the Product roadmap
Work closely with Sales
and RevOps to connect implementation complexity to sales cycles and affect win rates
