What We Are Looking For You'll play a critical role in driving the next phase of growth for Perchwell. As a member of the executive team, you'll serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping shape company strategy, resource allocation, and operational execution as we scale. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll build and lead the financial foundation required to support Perchwell's next chapter of growth. You'll operate at both a high-level strategic altitude and down in the details, owning FP&A, fundraising initiatives, board reporting, and cross-functional business partnership across the organization.
