Full Job Description

About Us In today’s connected world, sharing private information is the lifeblood of any organization. However, the challenge of keeping sensitive data secure has only grown, leading to regular leaks—even within top-tier organizations. This breakdown of trust disrupts communication and causes significant harm to people and businesses. EchoMark https://www.echomark.com/ offers a game-changing solution: we embed invisible, forensic markings in documents, personalized for each recipient. These markings don't disrupt information flow but allow leaks to be traced back to their source. The presence of EchoMark fosters trust, accountability, and better stewardship of private information. You will be the architect of our revenue engine, designing the sales strategy from the ground up while remaining willing to get your hands dirty closing our initial flagship accounts. As a key member of the leadership team, you will move beyond just "hitting the number" to help define our go-to-market strategy, pricing packaging, and company culture. You will transition us from founder-led sales to a repeatable, scalable sales machine. Your Responsibilities will include: Build and Scale: Design and implement the sales infrastructure, including CRM selection, sales methodology, and compensation plans. Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team from scratch. Player-Coach Leadership: actively manage a pipeline of strategic enterprise deals while simultaneously mentoring the growing team. You should be comfortable pitching to CISOs one day and interviewing SDRs the next. Strategy & Feedback: Work closely with Product and Engineering to loop customer feedback into the ro
